Studying one of Nick Gentry’s portraits, a pair of steely eyes look back at you with a stoic, unsmiling, sometimes stunned, expression. The face is decidedly beautiful–almost too beautiful–with perfect proportions and symmetry, hair smooth and sleek, often slicked away from the face to further show off large, luscious lips, an attractive jawline, a delicate collarbone.
